“I am writing to tell you what a wonderful job the Merrifield team (with designer Seth Crippen and his work crew headed by Luis) did for me yesterday. It was a big job. I never believed Seth when he told me it all could be done in one day. But it was, from major surgery on a huge maple, analyzing and repairing a 50-foot drainage problem, relocating multiple plants, installing 3 new trees, to edging, mulching, watering & cleaning up every shred of debris. They worked steadily & tirelessly, were polite, listened to my suggestions & answered my questions. Luis in particular is an outstanding leader. It is obvious that he ‘knows his stuff,’ but more importantly, it was clear that his workers respect him. He staged the work perfectly with each task a logical progression from the one before to the next (Having been a supervisor & manager for 40 years, I was really impressed with his skill).
