At Merrifield Garden Center, we’re always on the lookout for great people who love plants and people. And while having plant knowledge is definitely a plus, we’re more interested in finding “people” people who really enjoy helping customers and providing great service. After all, that’s what Merrifield Garden Center is all about.

As a retailer, we need people who are willing to work weekends and evenings as needed. And, as a seasonal business, we need people who are flexible and willing to work when we need them the most, which is in the spring, summer and fall. We believe in cross-training our staff and doing whatever is needed to take care of customers and get the job done. So regardless if you are working as a cashier, loader, salesperson or some other position, we want people who are willing to help out as needed in other departments.
