In November 2008, Merrifield Garden Center opened its state of the art facility at 6895 Wellington Road in Gainesville. With 40 acres of land, a 12,000-square foot store and a 37,000-square foot greenhouse, the new location brought plenty of room to showcase beautiful plants and an extensive selection of gardening supplies and home décor. Later, the team added a large annuals house, perennials house and café to the operation.
